There is not a day that goes by that we do NOT have something go wrong with Altice One. Freezing screens, pixilation, frozen remote, DVR not working, Remote light goes out, missing channels, box does not connect to other boxes, weak wifi, sound on TV does not work, Tv does not go on with cable remote, bad wifi range, MORE... User's recommendation: DO NOT SWITCH. DEAL WITH VERIZONS ARROGANCE. BETTER OFF.
