Terrible tasting milk

I recently purchased a gallon and it tasted strongly like the plastic jug,and when I contacted the company with my concerns I was asked for a picture of the jug,an told that the person in charge is out of the office in 05 /06/21 which is reasonable. User's recommendation: Caution.
