Terrible shaped tree…..lights all jammed in at the top

I ordered last year and this year I didn't even want to put it up. The lights on the tree are all jammed together at the top and the bottom has very few lights. Where the tree joins together between the bottom and middle layer there's a gap/hole that can't be corrected...
