I ordered flowers to go Mayo Clinic they did not tell me they would not accept flowers I have been on the phone and cut off twice tryng to get a refund. This company is horrible they don't even know the hospital policies but are more than willing to take your money and not give it back. Use someone else They even asked me if they could deliver somewhere else evidently not because she is in the hospital User's recommendation: Don't use them you will regret it they are based in Deleware and you cannot get an answer.
