Update by user Jul 12, 2018 Finally it is July and after months of hearing excuses eg: Manufacturer sent wrong one etc. We have a beautiful awning much to my surprise. Update by user Jun 19, 2018 Still waiting for them to order the correct awning 3 tries 1 month Original review posted by user May 17, 2018 we ordered a used rv from Albany. 3 weeks later delivery in terrible condition. Salesman made promises that manager did not approve. No calls returned. Paid before final walk thru as is their policy. Nothing on rv was fixed and abs light was on. More waiting stories and lies. 3 weeks later still no delivery on rv and I have made my first payment. Be warned and be careful!! I feel sorry for a person who is a newbie to rv's. Do not trust anything they say get it in writing. Manager ducks and covers and does not even apologize for all of the problems. Service center, salespeople and manager have no contact at all with each other. They knew for a month that we were taking this on my 1 vacation week this year and we had to cancel our whole trip. They acted like they could care less. Go to Colton, go to Camping World but beware of Buffalo Rv
