Terrible service. I am very displeased with this product. I have not been successful on receiving the items I ordered and each time I attempt to pull up the order number on the website, it cannot be found. SSDB has very poor customer service skills and customers do not appear to be their first priority. Or on their list of priorities for that matter... On May 9th, 2018..I placed an order. As of July 9th, I have not received the items. I have made several attempts to contact SSDB and request a refund. I also entered a dispute with my credit card company, because SSDB immediately charged my card, sent me an order number as well as a tracking number. Thus far, I am still in dispute of the transactions...
