Terrible service this time

So many issues. 1. Never received any tracking numbers. 2. Ordered one item October 15 free shipping then due to your delays you charged me $40 to expedite delivery in time for Halloween. You didnt even contact me before adding the charge. 3. I have grandkids with nut allergies. Best i could tell none of the cookies contained nuts. But apparently several of the cookies contained nuts. THIS IS DANGEROUS AND UNACCEPTABLE. I will never use your company again. What a horrible experience.
