Terrible service – they will not respond!!!

I purchased two dog kennels. One was completely missing the parts bag in my order. I cannot put the second kennel up. I emailed and got a response asking me to state what was missing. They another email asking me to confirm what was missing. Now after responding to both - 3 messages later and 3 more to follow up - I have NOT Heard from this Seller!!! Do not order from this Seller.
