False advertising on goods when the store finally opened. Eye sore of the naked mannequin throughout the week. Original review posted by user Aug 09, 2019 Our list of disappointments which should substantiate a refund include the following: I was hit on the hand by a member of housekeeping and I had to call for security because I attempted to take a couple of washcloths for my children in room 596 as their room had been serviced daily but the washcloths and towels were never replenished until after this incident occurred. The Housekeeping Supervisor called my room apologizing over and over assuring me that this should have never happened. Staff was unwilling to accommodate my needs. Same food menu everyday. Running out of food. Café not stocked with adequate snacks and edible inventory. 3 of the 7 days we purchased food off location because we were tired of the same daily menu and no available reservations for Resort Premier Restaurants. Resort Store was not open for business until 5 days into our trip. Unfriendly Staff Members with poor attitudes. Rooms were not as shown on the website. (No 2 seater couch that area was completely empty) Repairs are still being done on location. Some activities required us to leave the resort. Spa was not open. Lots of ridiculous in house rules.
