Terrible service repair department

1

I purchased an Invicta Pro Diver 9937 online in July 2018. Soon after I noticed it fogging up after contact with water. I returned it to the Netherlands service centre under warranty. 5 months later, it was returned. But the problem persisted. Again it was returned and 6 weeks later got it back with the statement that it passed pressure testing and the seals were OK. A local watch repairer tested it, found it faulty. Replaced the watch crystal seal, at a cost of £35 and it is now fine. I've owned Invicta watches for years, and always thought they were stylish amd gpod value. This is still true, until you have a problem. Their customer service is non existent, and the quality of the work done by the repair centre is attrocious. Be warned
