TERRIBLE SERVICE -PS5 HAS BEEN CORRUPTED

I received the parcel and the PS5 box has water damage and the box it is in is covered and looks like it has been hit. I can't request a refund because according to their robot, you have three days to request a refund, after which the refund request is void. I looked at the return address and it is in AZ and if you look at the address it says it is "temporarily closed". I have notified the Attorney General about this company. Stay away from these scammers.
