Terrible Service/Product

I purchased a new electronic door lock. We installed it. It worked perfectly for about a week. Then the latch would not spring back out and the handle stays down. Called customer support and left a voicemail. The next day I received a call. We emailed them our receipt and now have not heard back. We emailed 4 times now without a response.
