Terrible service, no follow, dishonest practise

email sent to customercare@***.co.zavilation of my service rights , lies and dishonesty and 3500 rands later money out of my pocket email sent on 30october 2020 and even calls to the help line but what help did i get absolutely nothing.see copy of email poor and dont support this company
