I have had the worst experience with this company, I honestly believe that they've been trying to get rid of us, I can't imagine why else the service would be so horrible. I've been a customer for two years, no issues until this past Summer and Fall, when there was extensive road construction in the area around the house. All of the other waste removal companies who serve my neighbors got to our street with no issue. Curbside didn't show, for almost two months I was calling them to say they didn't show up and they'd send a pick up a day or two late. Once the construction completed, it got better again. Until winter and snow. It has now been two weeks again since our last pickup, and I've called the last two days, promised that someone would come, and there my full bin still sits at the end of the driveway. I've contacted another provider, I am done with Curbside.
