Terrible service low quality product.Front Point has fallen in service and quality. Ive had a Frontpoint system in two of my homes for six years. One point does not employ adequate staff to talk to customers and their equipment is prone to false alarms. This means an automated system supposed to call you but it doesnt and sometimes they just send the police. Its a real headache. Both homes have problems with all motion detectors, and their video equipment has never worked well. When calling Front Point expect to wait a ridiculously long time, this is because their phone system is designed to prevent you from speaking to a live agent for support. Also they are not reputable as a security company. I called and waited 15 minutes to speak to a customer service agent who only asked me for the address and then she stated my full name and phone number back to me. The phone number did not match the number I was calling from, she pulled it from the account User's recommendation: Avoid!!! Front Point.
