Terrible service & lack of communcation

I purchased two pairs of glasses from Glasses USA. I ordered them both on April 30, 2019. Today is June 4, 2019. I received one pair but not the other. I have called their customer service several times and there answer is "its a sales department issue. We will e-mail them". Nothing ever happens. No follow up, despite several e-mails. This last time (today) the service rep actually said "The service dept has done its job; its a sales department issue". I do not care whose "issue" it is; I don't care about the internal organizational structure of Glasses USA. I am the customer. I'd like my glasses please... and responses to my e-mails (other then generic form responses).
