Terrible Service. If you have a choice, do not use them.

I was supposed to have a delivery today of a $900 cooking range. Their window for delivery was 12:45 p.m. to 4:45 p.m. My husband took off from work to be here to help and make sure they didn't scratch our vinyl flooring. At around 3:30 p.m. we called them to get an update. We were told they were 30 miles away in Miami and couldn't be here until 6 p.m. As I live in a Condo they lock the delivery doors at 4 p.m. J. B Hunt knew this. They did not care. My husband took off from work for no reason and I continue to have to cook our meals by borrowing a neighbor's stove/oven. I am so angry and tired. I will never put myself in this kind of situation again. When I asked when they could reschedule for they told me another week. When I went ballistic, they said they would try for Tuesday. I'm not holding my breath.
