Terrible service and turned away twice

I had a oil change done at the location a year ago. A new female manager is at the location now. I went to get a oil change before my car needed it according to the sticker. The new manager sent me away with no oil change but said she checked everything. The fliuds were refilled. The next week my coolant and oil lights come on! I tought it was my car leaking fluids. I didnt know it was the shop fault unless a week ago, I took my car back because it was due for a oil change and I was going to florida from georgia! I told them to pleasw check my COOLANT LEVEL when they change the oil. They to my car and I went across the street to shop. I come back and the manager says they didnt change my oil. I have leaks. I need a machanic and they filled my fliuds. She said she recommends i see a mechanic!! She also said my radiator cap was old. I asked when can I get the oil changed...Im leaving for florida tomorrow. She said bring the car back after I see a mechanic. I left. I bought oil for the drive to florida. I was driving to pick up my mother in atlanta and the coolant light comes on. I had coolant in the trunk so I filled it. I thought it was the cap but more car warning lights came as I drove..oil and transmission. I made it to florida and bought oil. I put it in the car and the lights went off. I called and recorded the manager on the phone saying ...She didnt do anything she had said she did previously. She didnt check the coolant like I asked or fill any fluids. She has now proved to me she did this twice. I didnt have this problem before she became the manager at the location. My first experience was great before she took over the location and after she took over....Its been *** I thought my car has alot of issues. It was her not doing the work she told me she did. She almost damaged my engine on my 1996 cadillac deville with her lies.
