Terrible service and product

I ordered rx sunglasses on January 1, 2020. It is now the end of March and I still do not have what I ordered. GlassesUSA twice made mistakes on the order and each purported fix took six weeks. After the last delivery of the wrong item, I asked for a refund and was told it is not their policy to accept returns after the first one. Now, these returns were because they make the mistakes! They will not provide names and contact information for anyone. The return dept. does not acknowledge receiving the returns and will not respond to emails. The online and phone customer service people (lots of "Tanners" and "Marges) merely repeat the same information ad nauseam. Almost four months later, innumerable online and phone interactions, and still no glasses and no refund. Outrageous. User's recommendation: run, don't walk.
