Ordered ring Dec 2nd. Promised by Christmas but told should have 2 weeks later. No ring. Week before xmas...no ring. Xmas no ring and holiday is ruined. Promised by New Years...Now told it won't even be shipped out until January 5th at earliest?!! I had every intention of paying off my ring on New Years. This just keeps getting worse. Now they will be wanting another payment on the 1st and I still have nothing to show for my money. Extremely upsetting. I have asked for supervisor call backs and have not received 1 yet. Don't let the name fool you...Do not order from this business unless you want headaches. User's recommendation: Do not order from them. Find somewhere else to go! Run away do not walk.
