I was told that I would receive a call back from one of your representatives last Thursday and I have not heard a single word. My hair has now been pink for a total of 11 days, when it was supposed to wash out in one day. I have spent $400 dollars trying to remove the pink and my hair is now fried and my $300 extensions are ruined. I am furious. I am a young professional, my employers are pissed that I have pink hair. I have tried everything with my hair dresser and it is costing me a small fortune. For the love of god, please have someone contact me immediately, giving me options on how to get this *** out of my hair.
