Terrible service and a sneaky fee system

When I placed an order, they did not explain to me that they will charge an annual fee from me automatically in a month when my free trial period is over. There were no notifications about that. So, I learned about that only when the fee was charged. I called their support team right away to cancel the subscription and request a refund. But they would not return any money to me… at least a part of the sum. The reason ― they believe that as long as I am their member I can save hundreds of dollars on discounts. I called several times, and, in a week, their manager deigned to talk to me. That is just unacceptable!
But, now, I am happy as they lost. I turned to my credit card provider and requested them to fix this dispute. As a result, I got all of my money back. Yes, it cost me some effort, but that wasn’t about money only. That was about respect for me as a customer. And, now, I am fully satisfied.
