Can't speak to anyone here in the USA all their listed numbers transfer to the 866 number and route you overseas.Very difficult to understand back ground noise sounds like a boiler room operation.Been a customer for 15+ yrs and have not experienced this much difficulty in the past.Their locak business office is closed yet all other businesses are open face mask required.My HD box took a surge and is dead but they insist I reset it theb they want to send a signal ?? to a dead box.I know they read from a script ,how will this help?Havd someone stateside take calls and open your offices. i User's recommendation: You be the judce.
