Update by user Jul 17, 2021 It's been almost two weeks since I 1st filed a claim. Phone calls, emails, promises that a manger would call ( 3 days ago, no call). Food spoiling- now at least $300 worth- and No repairs. I even paid the service fee over a week ago. Where's the repair person? Where's the "service"?!!! Original review updated by user Jul 17, 2021 "Joined" In April 2021, pd 3 yrs.-price better, lower service fee. July refrigerator is barely cool.,.I filed claim Mon.7/5; Wed I . called again- a man had someone call from "Neli" ( independent Co).to diagnose problem, phoned from CA-I'm in AZ. This was last Fri 7/9.. He said repair person will call. I called THP again Tues- food spoiling daily; said a claim manager would call; gave me HER #; I left message - no call. I sent email; nothing. Now its' Sat 7/17 and still, nothing. User's recommendation: Don't waste tour money! 12 days - still waiting.
