Terrible selection, worse customer service

Signed up for a free trial and was sorely disappointed to find absolutely nothing I wanted to try on. ZERO. So I added nothing to my cart and never gave it a second thought. Until I started seeing $76 charges on my bank account! I had given my bank info in order to see their merchandise but despite never actually having shipped anything to me I still got charged! So I emailed explaining the situation, asked them to cancel my account and refund me 2 months. I received a reply agreeing to the refund but insisting I could only cancel by calling them. ?! I call, she cancelled, fine. But what was shocking was that she told me its like Netflix. You signed up for a subscription and if you dont cancel you get billed. Um, no. This isnt like Netflix. Because I didnt get a product!!! Your service requires me to select a product to ship to me. I didnt do that (because I didnt like your product) so why on earth would you find it acceptable to charge me (twice!) for something I never received! Add insult to injury to make the cancellation process totally elusive. BAD BAD BAD company with these kinds of predatory behavior. Never again.
