I saw an ad when i googled salt lamps thay said free shipping. I went to the site to place an ordet, yet it rang up a chunk of moneu for shipping. I took a screenshot of the ad and emailedthem regarding shipping. A man called me, yold me iwas wrong that it didnt say that, would not let me get one word in and then hung up on me. I called back and it went to VM. Went back to my email which had the mans cell number, called him and asked him if he frequently hamgs up on customers. He told me he wasnt doing business with me therefore i wasnt a customet and hung up on me again. How incredibly unprofessional. After reading reviews im glad i didnt order from them. What a jerk
