To start...Salesperson yelled at me because I told him his tone was rude. When u finally get a person they will transfer you to another dept while I was still talking. Do not return calls. I Gave money to a service person that I finally got ahold of for a tech to check out bed and still have not heard from them in a week for a appointment. Took our money with no follow up. Take people’s money and do not hire enough service staff.c
