CUSTOMER BEWARE, I DROVE MY 2003 DODGE GRAN CARAVAN TO CHETUMAL AUTOMOTORES, A DODGE DEALER IN CHETUMAL MEXICO ON NOVEMBER 15, 2018 FOR REPAIRS. THE REPAIRS WAS NOT DONE, CHETUMAL AUTOMOTORES BURN, FRY, DAMAGE AND MESS UP MY COMPUTER BY THE BATTERY. MY 2003 DODGE GRAN CARAVAN WAS TOWED OUT CHETUMAL AUTOMOTORES ON JANUARY 10, 2019 AFTER I HAVE A MEETING WITH PROFECO, THERE WAS NO SOLUTION. CUSTOMER BEWARE, DODGE CORPORATE OFFICE IN USA TOLD ME, EACH DEALER IS INDEPENDENTLY OWNED AND OPERATED. IT IS YOUR PROBLEM. BE CAREFUL, YOU MIGHT BE NEXT.
