My trip (like most) was cancelled due to the coronavirus crisis. Even though the President has declared a National Emergency, the CDC is recommending social distancing, and the resort we were visiting closed before our scheduled arrival date, Turnkey refuses to provide a refund. VRBO has recommended that all property managers provide full refunds, but Turnkey is evidently only interested in their bottom line. User's recommendation: Do not use this company - unethical business practices.
