I bought the new upgraded version and tried to insert the new license into the existing software. It won't take it. You cannot get help for 5 to 7 days. Why they just don't send the new version forget the nonsense of a license transfer is beyond me. These are incompetent business people. t' It's no wonder their phone lines a re jammed. DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM THEM, User's recommendation: Don't be one.
