Gutter system is super expensive, keeps out leaves as they claim, but the ice build up is terrible, as well as heavy rains. The gutters can not accommodate heavy rains. We were told it was due to "maintenance" on our part. We installed an in ground downspout, it is cleaned routinely, the gutters still can't accommodate a heavy rain. After spending hours with the salesman, $6400. You would think they would help resolve the issue. It's our fault for the ice, improper insulation. Why didn't someone doing the estimate point that out before installing the gutters. Very disappointed in the overpriced gutters and the service is terrible.
