I am very disappointed in my Craftmaster Furniture. I would never purchase a craftmaster product again. I purchased 2 slipcover sofas and the extended warranty The fabric is terrible. It continues to have piling/balling issues. I contacted the store that sold the sofas to me, they said call the warranty company ,who said call Craftmaster. After speaking with Christy in customer service at Craftmaster she said if I could produce receipts they could probably help me with new slip covers. I produced the receipts with pictures showing the defects. The reply from Craftmaster is they only warranty fabric for one year. I will never purchase Craftmaster again and I will tell anyone else who will listen to never purchase from them as well. #disappointedcustomer #terriblecustomerservice
