Terrible “pharmacy”

How is this company allowed to operate? Since the beginning of September the call wait times are ridiculous. People like myself need their scripts & usually they are calling me to refill at least 3x /day Granted it is a robocall. Now after 3 frustrating weeks & a missed dosage they have a message saying high call volume. My Dr's nurse spent 30 minutes on hold before getting through. She was able to conference call us to the rep on the phone.He apologized & said they were backed up from the holiday & hurricane. Both of which were Labor Day Weekend 3 weeks ago. I do not know where they are located but I don't think it's in the Bahamas.Needless to say the order I placed on Monday did not arrive as scheduled. Can't check order status because that "page" Is down. What a *** service for RX's. I have contacted the company that makes my prescription & will work with them to find another option.
