Terrible online order costumer service experience

I had recently placed an order during tax free weekend. For whatever reason, the website charged me for sales tax when it's clearly an oversight on the Sak.com website. When I tried to contact Sak.com customer service with 2 phone calls and follow up emails, there was no help in the matter and they refused to admit it was wrong on their end to charge me tax. Horrible experience. Shame on you, Sak.com! User's recommendation: Only order from Saks.com when you don't need any customer service!
