I fired Gentiva. I am responsible for the care and services that my mother and father recieve and the nurse sup.,the nurse assigned to the care of my parents and management invaded everyone's privacy in a horrible way. I asked them to be professional and to remember that they are guests in a client's home. They ignored me, proceeded to go through areas of the house without permission, told me that they could do whatever they want to. Talked to me like I was not able to do anything. I Am pleased to say that I fired Gentiva on the following day of an invasion of our privacy and replaced them with another company. I'm so happy to be rid of the ignorant people that represents Gentiva. Never again will anyone from that company be allowed on our property.
