Update by user Jun 05, 2018 June 5, 2018. All I have seen since I've been here this visit is if one woman is on phone the other one is following behind her. The entire couple hours here the telephone has not been set down or off the ear. Neither one has said hello or acknowledged any customer. I want the older ladies back!!!! This type of staff will not be bringing back regular patrons. Original review posted by user Jun 05, 2018 June 5, 2018 about 5:45pm I brought in my laundry to wash & dry at Clean Quarters in Orange Park, FL. I seen 2 new young women as staff. Neither smilled or said hello or thank you when I went up to counter to buy a cold water. I don't understand the non-existant customer service now days!? The last couple times I've gone to wash the washers have spun out water very poorly. I've told the attendants on several other trips, so why are machines not fixed?! I will be going else where to do laundry until I get my own washer and dryer.
