Worst internet provider available. My internet has been so inconsistent all year. My internet will go down all day during the day time, but yet work at night. I have called and called to try and get help. I have had a new modem installed. I also requested a new drop line. When they ran the drop, the line has a kink in it clear as day. If you can imagine a loop being in the line, then pulling it tight is what they left me with. The technician is the most lazy unmotivated person ever. Do not recommend in 10000 years.
