Terrible harrassment of 85 year old woman

My parents had Monitronics for several years. They decided to request a front door key pad lock. A tech came out and was there so long my parents called me over. We were told that they would have to replace their large carved front doors. He was not able to do anything for them. A few months later mom was contacted by her sales rep from Monironics who told her the contract was up and he could give her the security cameras and front door lock she needed at his new company. She went with the new company. Monitronics went to my parents home and stated harassing her why are you leaving Monitronics? My father had just passed away! I called Monitronics and they said that they extended the contract another few years due to the tech coming out that day! My mother spoke with the new company about the sales rep. They agreed to pay $800$800 to end the Monitronics contract. Monitronics agreed to that settlement. Mom just received the $800 and called Brincs (old Monitronics) and they now say they have no record of this agreement. I also had confirmed the arrangement (I am her daughter). They will not cancel her monthly service. I have tried to call the 800-447-**** and we are disconnected several times. This is senior abuse!! No one will help us! We want to send them the $800 we received and end this contract. Horrible service!!
