Terrible hair

Same experience except with her hair. I’m so pissed after spending $400 on this hair I receive dry, tangled hair and requested 18,20,22 inches and received 20, 22,22 inches. Takes her forever to respond back and now I’m left with tangled shedding hair. So upset that I’ve wasted my money on someone I thought would be reputable. Never again
