Terrible Follow Up Service

This company refuses to try to help to resolve any problems that arise. Twice I called them and twice I've been told that I have to resolve the problem. That credits were given to me to cover any problems. I replaced a fairly new washing machine yesterday because I walked into my laundry room and there was three inches of water. I assumed it was the water that drained from the washing machine. I installed a new washing machine and today was in the room was it was draining and I saw water coming out of the bottom of the tub. I called Safe Step and when they called me back they told me to call Rotter Rooter. Stay away from the company......horrible customer service. They resolve problems by telling you to resolve it yourself.
