Terrible flowers, photos show what I ordered and what they got. Unacceptable. The photo should be enough

These flowers were wilted, not fresh and didn't include what was displayed. A skimpy messy bunch. I expect the recipient to receive what I ordered. I will never order from you again. I could have gotten five times better at the supermarket.
