Terrible experiencew

On October 3,2019 I place a order at the eastern ave price busters location,Ive used this location multiple times and never had a problem with them before this particular time was a horrible experience when my furniture arrived that monday October 7,2019 when my furniture arrived as the overs were moving my sofa in the leg to the sofa fell off after they ran into the wall i saw them do it then I stated that im not signing the paper stating that i received the sofa and the driver stated well you brought the furniture as is off the floor rudely and I said yall are the ignorant ones that knocked it off I immediately called the store and spoke with a assistant manager named Shakira she apolgized about the matter and stated that the driver just sent her a picture of the sofa thenshe stated that she would send someone out to fix it either October 7th or the next day October 8th and that she would also give me a $50 credit I agreed then signed the paper so the drivers could leave .Two days went past and Shakira the assistant manager at th essex location didnt get back to me like she said she would about sending someone out to fix my sofa so ont October 9th I called her to see what was going on she apologized and stated that she would try to send someone out that day and that she would called back to let me know what was going on I waited all day at home as i did October 7th and 8th now the 9th all day went by and no phone call the next day October 10th I called the store once again and a a man answered the phone and said that Shakira stated that she would try to send someone out as I told the mann to tell her that day I actually was at work so it would have to be the next day which was October 11th or October 12th a few hours later I received a call from a driver from price busters stating that they were on the way Shakira never called me to tell me that or I could have sent someone to my house to wait on them I told the driver Shakira never confirmed with me that she was finally going to send someone out so I told him to hold on I was going to call her to see what was going on after finally getting through to Shakira she never once apologized about not communicating with me about sending the driver out that day ahead of time knowing that I was at work I told her that she would have to give me a few minutes so that I could see if I could send someone out to my house within 2 mintutes I called the driver back first telling him that It was ok to come and that someone was in route of my house now and the driver stated very rudely well I have to call the store and let Shakira know.I then called Shakira to tell her and she stated that shes been trying to call the driver but he isnt answering and I told her well he answered for me she then stated that she would handle it .I called the driver back and told him that Shakira has been trying to call yuo and that she said it was ok to still come the driver stated ok and that he was on his way the person that I had waiting at my house stated that the driver never came I called Shakira the next day and she was still not helpful at all she stated that she could send a driver out monday and i stated that i work and she stated well shes not sure what to do then because she cant work with my schedule thats really poor customer service skills i didnt tell the driver to break the leg off the table and for her never to send anyone out to fix it then she stated that my fiance can fix it that was even more unprofessional I just spent thousands of dollars so why should the customer have to fix something the driver broke then she stated well i"ll try to send someone out today which was October 11 and that she would call me back it is now the 12th and i didnt here anything I am very unsatified and my sofa is still broke and I still didnt get my 50 credit
