Terrible experience with this company! Ordered a washer & dryer through AppliancesConnection on 19Feb19 and AM's website showed an estimated delivery date of 8Mar19 (13 business days later). They later contacted me saying the delivery would be made on Sat, 9Mar, which I told them wouldn't work, and it had to be during the week, but they said they only come in the area once per week! I made various calls to customer service to try to sort this out and everyone I spoke to was terrible, unhelpful, and told me different things. Don't both asking for a supervisor because you'll just get sent to a voicemail and never receive a call back. I had to involve AppliancesConnection to get this sorted out. All said and done, appliances were delivered 25Mar19 (~4.5 weeks after ordering).
