Terrible experience with Bright Star!!

After I paid them $50 to try to fix my phone and it couldn't be fixed they sent me a replacement phone that had so many issues! It wouldn't fully charge or keep a charge, it heated up, the screen had black dots, it was so badly used! Then after many calls and waiting to hear what they would do, they said I should take the replacement phone for repair! Terrible customer service I was sworn at and hung up on! User's recommendation: Run the other way dont pay $13 a month for this terrible company.
