Terrible Experience – Terrible Customer Service

Yapstone changed my payout checking acct without my permission. When I called to correct their error, they also changed my acct to "Check In Payments" instead of "Advanced Payments" without my permission and never disclosed doing so. I didn't even realize it until I didn't get some deposits that were due to me. When I inquired, they told me my account was changed to "Check In Payments" and I won't receive the payments until they guest arrives...months from now! I never agreed to this. Now they refuse to change it back. They hang up when I call. They even hang up on HomeAway Customer Care and the HomeAway Resolution Specialist couldn't even get them to correct their error. UNACCEPTABLE!! Run from this horrible company. They clearly only care about their fees and have zero customer service. They hide in their foreign country and feel safe in screwing people. Well the internet has no bounds! Some day you'll regret taking advantage of people and treating them so unjustly. It will come back to you!
