Terrible experience, avoid at all costs!

I've used Parcl to send internationally a few items I've bought in the US. I've found a forwarder, and paid for an expedited shipping for a total of 57 USD. More than two months later, and after numerous emails with both the forwarder and parcl, I still have no sign of my package. The custom service is totally absent, they don't try to compensate for my loss or to help me. Worst, the forwarder got the refund from the parcel company as the package was insured. Total SCAM and RIPOFF
