Terrible experience all a lie

Terrible I paid the 180.00 dollars did everything they said now I called Great Wolfe Lodge they said I did not have a reservation I have all the paperwork here that I did fax it now Michell a text 7442 will not call me back and she never answers her phone I am calling the Better Business Bureau
