TERRIBLE EMAIL RESPONSE TIME — LIKE NEVER

I was wanting some help in setting up my new 55S8 TV, so around the 3rd time on their 1800 number, the lady CUT ME OFF after I had waited more than 20 min for her to answer, she said for my behaviour ???? which was me asking her to switch me over to someone who new what they were talking about !! My question was asking her to help me connect my blue tooth head phones and she didn't have a clue. I have since sent 2 emails requesting that same help and they have gone unanswered User's recommendation: same as for KOGAN, BUY ANOTHER BRAND.
