Terrible, delays, poor service, ripped off

I sent my 1975 admiral to them for repair. The stem had come out, that’s all. After several weeks they said they could do nothing. They said they would exchange my old watch for a discount on a new Longines, but not send back my original. I Told them no, my watch had sentmantal value and please send back. They did send it back for $75 fee. When I got it home the crystal fell off my watch and inside fell out, but the watch started to work. So I took it to a local watch repair and he connected stem and said all it needed was cleaned and the crystal fell out because it was not the correct size. Longines sent me my watch back with a different crystal! They either broke, lost, or kept it. The watch repair person mine said mine was pristine and museum quality...no wonder Longines wanted to keep for an exchange
