Terrible customer

I have purchased many things over the years and had wonderful experience. Since being sent to different location it's been one headache after the other. I communicated with them for my last payment via email says I had been laid off put just returned to work and my pays had been switched days. I asked to have payment on first return date and every 2 weeks for there. They told me I would have late fees that I would pay. Fine did that. Today I got call saying my payment needed to be made. I called back and explained I requested it to be changed to next week as my pay was changed. She began to get frustrated reading my file saying I refused partial payment last time. I again explained my email she then said did you call. I explained I had been tested and unable to speak during that time. She continued you need to speak to someone. Nowhere in email was I told to call in to make changes so left it. Her tone became frustrated, so I began to cry and said pick up your damn stuff then. She continued on saying I'd be charged and payment was due till pick up. My frustration was definitely showing I said I would deal with head office and hung up. I have been customer on and off for 20 years and referred many people but regent has always been issues after issues. I leave this in your hands to help resolve.
